2 x 2023 Carbonated Seven

In the interest of trying new things here at Airlie this year we experimented with adding bubbles to our well-loved Seven blend.  A blend of the same seven white grapes found in our 750ml bottles:  Müller Thurgau, Viognier, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Gruner Veltliner, and Muscat Ottonel, we had it force carbonated and bottled in convenient 12oz beer bottles.  Just two generous glasses per bottle, they are perfect for popping open and sharing with a friend using any excuse for a mini celebration.

Aromas of white peach and honeydew with a hint of minerality lead into medium-bodied wine with balanced acidity.  Overall, it’s slightly reminiscent of a zesty lime and tonic water with hints of peach and white blossom tossed in for good measure.
